A little bit about Kevin
My name is Kevin Sutton. I moved to this beautiful paradise in 2010 after graduating from the University of Technology in Jamaica, said college of the fastest man and woman in the world. After graduating from my university with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, a major in Marketing, and a minor in International Business, I traveled back and forth for years before 2010 as a J1 student. I fell in love with the area. Fast forward to the present, and my immediate family are all now proud citizens of the USA. I realized from the beginning that if you are energetic, hardworking, and driven, Baldwin County is where you need to be.
Having an outgoing personality, customer service is my forte, as I have worked in the restaurant industry here as a server on the beach for the past 14 years. I have learned to negotiate almost every personality type while providing a remarkably lifelong experience for all individuals. I was honored with the Island Spirit Award from the Coastal Alabama Chamber of Commerce in October 2018. I have also realized customer service goes beyond the workplace and flourishes in the community.
Moving here from Jamaica, we bought a house and then a condo as a second home. I learned a lot in the process, and it was in this monumental moment I realized I would love to help others experience the joy, pride, and excitement of owning their own home. Having a passion for helping people and seeing that they are delighted, I would love to do all the research and background work associated with the nuances of buying and selling property. We can always make more money, but we CANNOT make more time. So spend time doing things you enjoy with the people you love, and let us do the hard work for you. Real estate transactions can be straightforward as well as complicated and may involve a lot of running around and going back and forth. Don’t worry. We’ll take that stress on to ensure you get the right price when the deal is done.
