Hunter
Hammonds is a listing specialist focused on helping sellers navigate situations
where a property has been difficult to sell. His expertise includes expired
listings and for-sale-by-owner properties, across both residential homes and
condominiums.
Originally from Central Alabama, Hunter relocated to the Gulf Coast three
years ago and has built his business around one core principle: results matter
more than promises. He is known for taking a straightforward, data-driven
approach to pricing, positioning, and marketing properties that require a more
strategic plan to attract the right buyer.
Much of Hunter’s business is built through direct outreach, including cold calling, which allows him to identify motivated sellers early, understand their goals, and offer clear guidance on how to move forward. This proactive approach has helped him develop a strong reputation for persistence, professionalism, and clear communication.
Hunter works primarily with sellers who want honest feedback, a well-defined plan, and an agent willing to do the work necessary to get a property sold.
